SAPOA in partnership with Green Building Council South Africa invite you to the breakfast session entitled "The Financial Benefits of Green Building ". The presenter will be Jarrod Lewin.

The environmental benefits of green building are beyond dispute, but in order for green building to be taken up by the mainstream property and construction industry, the financial and business case, as observed in the current South African economic climate, must be clear too. The discussion will emphasize the necessity to break out of the traditional circle of blame and consider investment decisions for the short, medium and long term for both people and planet. And we will briefly explore the significant discussions and debate around perceived costs of green building, using recent South African green building case studies.
